Fabricating capabilities to meet your specific product handling needs: Designed for efficient, safe and convenient operation, Byford Equipment fabricate tankers in standard austenitic grades such as 304 and 316 through to super austenitic grades such as SAF2205 and 904L. We use semi automated MIG and TIG welding equipment to maximize weld consistency, quality and appearance on all longitude welds.

Setting new safety standards in the industry: The safety of all road users is important to us. All our equipment is designed with a low centre of gravity and can be fitted with the most up to date electronic suspension monitoring equipment such as EBS and ABS. Our baffles, bulkheads and ends are all hydrostatically blown to provide a stress free dish. Our baffles are fully welded to our barrels to reduce the problem of cracking.
